mywellbeing provides 19 weeks of dedicated information, sent to you by email in bite-size chunks. Each week you will receive either a PDF for you to download / print OR a video to view containing practical information written by talkhealth and medical and professional experts.

To help you improve your health our well-being programme covers a wide range of health topics and provides quick pointers to get you back on track.

My experience of being on the mywellbeing programme is that I did not know a lot of my health problems but the programme provided me with answers and made me more confidence to seek help knowing that there is help out there. I was also able to advise my family and friends on some of their issues too. It made me feel that I have learnt a lot from being on this programme and feel very supported.

This programme gives you the opportunity to change your life for the better. It explains in detail what you need to do and how it affects you for the better. It is easy to understand and does not give you a lot of information that you cannot understand and use such as complicated medical terms and unachievable goals and changes. This gave me the chance to improve things not just for myself but for my family as well.

At my age (50) I'm finding more going wrong with my body, I've realised my hearing is getting quite bad as my husband has to repeat everything so the hearing information was apt for me, I learned a lot about the ears and how they work also my eyes too as my reading glasses are getting stronger every year, the incontinence was handy as I do leak now and again, all of it really was very informative.

On the whole, the wellbeing support programme has been a very relevant and useful source of information and has helped me make significant changes to my lifestyle.  By following the support programmes I have managed to reduce my GP visits although it has increased my hospital visits for further investigation.

The information is given in a straight forward and easily understandable manner, so you don't need a medical degree to understand it.  If you are worried about any of the aspects covered by the programmes I would recommend you join.

Mywellbeing Support Programme provides in-depth knowledge of issues that can be easily ignored in day to day life. Little changes can make a big difference and that knowledge is provided with simple steps. The reason for the problem is discussed in a very simple manner that is very beneficial if an individual wants to discuss it further with their health practitioners. I have been immensely benefitted and continue to do so by being part of this support programme. I most definitely would recommend this programme to people from all walks of life.
